Teaching on the Run

TOTR is a well renowned education program supporting health professionals to build an apply skills in clinical teaching and supervision. Each series covers four modules: Clinical Supervision, Planning Learning, Clinical Teaching & Skills Teaching. Each series will be a combination of online learning and zoom or face to face workshops, facilitated by local Educators and Clinicians.

Facilitated by the Western NSW Regional Training Hub, TOTR is provided at no charge to participants based in Western NSW. Numbers are limited to 12 medical practitioners per month, on a first-come, first-enrolled basis.

Requirements:

  • Each Online Series contains four modules delivered weekly, over one month. In order to receive their certificate, it is highly desirable that participants attend all four workshops in a series.

  • Each face-to-Face series includes a one day intensive that covers all four workshops.

  • Each module includes 30 minutes of pre-workshop readings and activities, a 2 hour workshop as well as 10 minutes of post-workshop activities.

  • Many colleges recognise TOTR. CPD points may be available. Please check with your College prior to registration.
